Cloud 11 Creator Studio & Hall
Empowering Bangkok’s Digital Creators
Cloud 11, a $1.2B mixed-use development, will soon be a creative destination for Southeast Asia’s content creators. Set to launch in 2025 on over 27 rai (10 acres) of prime land along Bangkok’s South Sukhumvit Road near the BTS Udom Suk and Punnawithi stations, this ambitious project will transform Asia’s creative landscape and establish itself as the core of Thailand’s creative industry.
Led by Magnolia Quality Development Corporation Limited (MQDC), one of Thailand’s leading developers, RIOS is spearheading the design of the Cloud 11 Creator Studio, Production Studio, and Hall spaces—the anchor to the Cloud 11 development for creative businesses serving as an ecosystem of specialized areas designed to deliver exceptional spatial experiences that support cutting-edge content creation.

"The Creator Studio and Hall at Cloud 11 are designed to evoke wonder and inspire creativity—blurring the lines between architecture, landscape, technology, and experience. Each space is a living canvas, evolving with the energy of its creators."
— Sebastian Salvadó, Creative Director and Partner, RIOS
