A Designer strives to deliver top-notch project task execution and contributes to the overall success of the team. A minimum of 1-4 years of professional experience.

We are seeking an architectural designer to assist and develop appropriate design solutions on multiple projects. Interested applicants must have a strong design aesthetic and be able to implement a project’s design vision from concept through completion via critical design thinking, iteration, inclusive communication, and active, creative problem solving. We have an immediate opening for a detail-oriented and highly organized accounting/purchasing professional to help support our growing office. This position will serve as the main point of contact for project related purchasing requests and lead our design and accounting teams with FF&E procurement. 8+ years of related experience in an accounting role, with at least 4 years of demonstrated experience focused on purchasing. Experience in an interior design, hospitality or manufacturing firm preferred.

Qualified UK architect (Part 3) with 3+ years of professional interior architecture / design experience. Master’s of Architecture degree from an accredited college or university in Architecture or Interior Design.

Marketing
Marketing Pursuit Coordinator
We are seeking a creative, thoughtful, and organized Marketing Pursuit Coordinator to join our team. This role will play a key part in the success of RIOS various business goals through the production of documents and content for RIOS marketing pursuits, including responses to RFPs, RFQs, and Qualifications. The ideal candidate is engaging, self-motivated, collaborative, and willing to integrate into RIOS office by learning our culture and business goals from the inside out. 4+ years of experience in marketing in the design field. 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in the AEC or professional services industries.
Marketing & Graphics Assistant
We are seeking a creative, thoughtful, and organized Marketing & Graphics Assistant to join our team. This role will play a key part in the success of RIOS marketing initiatives through the production of graphic assets, documents, and content in support of the RIOS marketing team. This includes creating and updating brand assets (project case studies, work samples, portfolios, etc.) as well as day-to-day marketing tasks including assisting Marketing Coordinators on RFP/RFQ submissions and keeping team assets and templates organized. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, self-motivated, collaborative, and willing to integrate into the RIOS team environment by learning our culture and business goals from the inside out. Degree in Design, Marketing, or related field. 1+ years of experience in marketing, communication design, or graphic design. 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in design, publishing, or the arts.
