The office campus at 800 | 900 Culver Pointe appeals to sophisticated and creative tenants by thoughtfully connecting indoor and outdoor lifestyles unique to coastal living. Our redesign of the HOK building encompasses building tenant improvements and exterior landscape design, including a renovation of the lobby, interior spaces, relocation of the café, and renovating the existing plaza to create a pedestrian-friendly open space for tenants.
The 900 Corporate Pointe building features a facade in the interior courtyard that will be enhanced with new operable doors and openings, introducing fresh air and connecting tenants to the landscape and plaza.
Designed by RIOS, the logo is the primary mark used for site identification and marketing materials. It’s the cornerstone of a polished and sophisticated brand that complements the crisp lines of the architecture.
Signage is used across the site, both to create identity moments and intuitively direct visitors to where they need to go.
Following the ‘Black Label’ aesthetic of the brand, each sign is a combination of black concrete and crisp metal lettering. The monument signs bring attention to the building numbers by letting them extend above the concrete.
The campus courtyard separates into landscape zones inspired by distinct environmental topologies. Each area is identified with an icon. Together the icons form the building blocks of a diverse system of patterns used throughout the identity. These icons — Clearing, Cliffs, Forest, and Meadow — recombine in several ways, representing the nuanced and diverse experiences the campus supports.
