9 June 2025, Bangkok – Cloud 11, Asia’s leading creator hub by MQDC, has announced a major collaboration with RIOS, a world-renowned design collective, on its Creator Studio, Production Studio, and Cloud 11 Hall to provide unique modern experiences that foster innovation and the production of exceptional content.
The Creator Studio, Production Studio, and Cloud 11 Hall will be at the heart of creating content from music to film, video, animation, games, podcasts, and art. RIOS has combined cutting-edge technology with intelligent space design in environments that spark inspiration and empower creators to unleash their full potential.

The design of these spaces will transcend function with a memorable spatial experience inspired by the Bangkok neighborhood’s cultural diversity. Architecture, landscape, and technologies such as Web3 and the metaverse will unite to put Thai creators on the world stage. The A+ offices and studios will operate 24 hours a day, sparking and supporting creativity in the digital age.
RIOS has designed the Cloud 11 Hall’s pre-function and lobby areas to connect the real and virtual worlds through a parabolic arch, like a natural cave with cutting-edge technology. The Green Room will welcome celebrity creators and VIP guests to a comfortable setting with full amenities.
An intelligent lighting system can be adjusted to suit each activity and every use. The Advanced Production & Creator Studios, the heart of Cloud 11, are tailored to drive the content industry. Innovations support all forms of work, with AR|VR and holographic systems and acoustic insulation, providing an atmosphere that inspires and ignites creativity.

Cloud 11 is a fully integrated creative hub at a prime location on Sukhumvit Road near Udomsuk and Punnawithi BTS stations. Construction is now over 80% complete for the complex to fully open by year-end.

Cloud 11 spans over 27 rai of land on Sukhumvit Road near BTS Udomsuk and Punnawithi stations. Constructed by Thai Obayashi, the project is now more than 80% complete. Construction for building structures is already complete, with interior fit-out works now ongoing. Cloud 11 therefore will be ready to spring into operation before the end of 2025. Wholly owned by MQDC (Magnolia Quality Development Corporation Limited), this project is set to contribute to the development of South Sukhumvit as a new creative and innovation district of ASEAN. South Sukhumvit covers areas on the Onnut – Udomsuk – Bangna route.
