Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer – AEC Technology
We’re seeking a Full-Stack Software Engineer with a solid technical background and passion for tackling complex challenges in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) space. You’ll develop and maintain scalable, high-performance Business Intelligence applications and integrations connecting BIM, CAD, project management, CRM, and ERP systems.
As our inaugural full-stack hire, you’ll collaborate with leadership and our design operations team to define best practices, evaluate new technologies and workflows, and build the foundation for a robust, future-ready tech stack. You should either have experience with our design software and workflows or be eager to learn them quickly. 8+ years of experience in full-stack development with a strong portfolio of technical projects. This role is hybrid in LA, Boulder, or Austin.
Infrastructure Engineer
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Infrastructure Engineer to support our IT infrastructure. This role will ensure the smooth operation of our network, servers, workstations, and software systems to support architectural design workflows, including CAD, BIM, and rendering applications. The ideal candidate will be able to troubleshoot technical issues, implement system updates, and maintain security protocols in a fast-paced office environment. This position is remote. A minimum of 7-10 years of professional experience. Proven experience as a Systems Administrator or similar IT support role.
Marketing Proposal Coordinator
We are seeking a creative, thoughtful, and organized Marketing Proposal Coordinator to join our team. This role will play a key part in the success of RIOS various business goals through the production of documents and content for RIOS marketing pursuits, including responses to RFPs, RFQs, and Qualifications. The ideal candidate is engaging, self-motivated, collaborative, and willing to integrate into RIOS office by learning our culture and business goals from the inside out. 4+ years of experience in marketing in the design field, 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in the AEC or professional services industries.
